I have started to harvest tomatoes and peppers. Time to start making salsa, caprese salad,
and stuffed green peppers. In addition
to my small harvest, I am enjoying local farmers markets and trips to a local
farm to pick-up fresh produce.
Today we enjoyed sweet corn, red potatoes, and sliced
tomatoes. Also, I made two loaves of
zucchini-pineapple bread to share with colleagues. And for our snack tonight, we will have cold
watermelon. It truly is a magical time
of year.
